Mr. Wachtel has extensive experience representing financial institutions in litigation, regulatory and operations areas. Mr. Wachtel’s past and current financial institution clients have included local/regional community banks as well as national and international multi branch banks.
He has represented major Japanese, Korean and U.S. banks.
Mr. Wachtel has over 34 years of practical experience representing financial institutions in loan workouts, secured transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and litigation of all types in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. This representation includes debt collection practices including pre-judgment remedies, such as receiverships, inunctions, temporary protective orders and writs of attachment, possession and execution.
Mr. Wachtel has also represented the FDIC on receivership issues. |
