Having practiced civil and commercial law in the Bay Area since his 1976 graduation
from Boalt Hall School of Law (University of California, Berkeley) Mr. Wachtel has gained expertise and knowledge in many substantive and procedural areas of practice. He is a trial lawyer but recognizes that some matters are better resolved through consensual methods outside of the trial arena. He has a creative business oriented approach.
