Mr. Wachtel has practical real world planning issue and development experience having been a planning commissioner for six years and as mayor and as a city councilmember. This allows Mr. Wachtel to read between the lines and distinguish what is practical and achievable and what is not.
Mr. Wachtel knows how the system works from the inside and is able successfully to pursue and obtain residential and commercial entitlements on behalf of his clients at the staff, commission, appeal and civil litigation levels.
